Mr. Thái is an ex-police officer but not “keep his nose clean”. He together with trio gangs Thu – Phú – Vinh look for bad guys around the town everyday. Hoàng – a newly released drug mafia, sudden moves there and opens a real estate company.

Suspecting it is an illogical business, Mr. Thái decides to do investigation quietly. He buys a broken rice restaurant opposite Hoàng’s company as a monitoring place, and asks Thu – Phú – Vinh – Mèo supporting his business to let him free for investigating. Due to the restaurant’s unexpected popularity, he recognizes that “his special plan” in danger of falling down.
